Refund policy
Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns providing you return your goods within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused with all original packaging and must not have been worn, or show evidence of being worn. Unless found faulty, we will refund the item value excluding the original postage charges on receipt.
Also, please email us at bonitaboutiqueballyclare@gmail.com with your invoice/confirmation of purchase and the reason for return with the product. After receiving your returned goods and they have been found unworn, refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the account of the corresponding transaction whether you paid by credit card or via PayPal. Please allow for an additional couple of days for your bank to process this.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements to bonitaboutiqueballyclare@gmail.com. We will check out Stock to ensure we have the Correct Size In-Store before you send back the Item/s you are exchanging. Subject to availability, you will then be instructed to send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging with a note of your specified request. Difference in prices will either be charged or reimbursed depending.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/ sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
